A system that keeps solving.
It’s like a cheat code...
For nearly 50 years, we’ve worked with the brightest stars to evolve the way they see problems so they can come to better, long-lasting solutions and execute on their business plans.
Our simple methodology and learning approach ignites a fresh perspective, a new way of seeing old things, a problem that looked insurmountable before looks like a challenge to be worked through.
Organizations that work with us come out different.
our mission
To empower organizations to change the way they operate by igniting the incredible, capable people they’ve already hired.
Michael J. Tatham - FOUNDER
"Imagine if you were to believe that every process in your company behaved like a chemical process. Elements come together, a reaction occurs and the outcome is a predetermined result. Nothing can be reversed, repeated or improved. Any effort to change the outcome would degrade the quality of the product or service and make it worse. The only option for improvement would be to change the process."
He introduced this mindset to the electronics industry many years ago, and it started an innovation revolution and culture change that continues to this day.
Since then, we've had the distinct privilege of working with some of the best organizations in the world. Before retaining us, each sought to improve some aspect of their business operations.
Some tried internal task forces. Others turned to outside consultants. Many grew frustrated with good intentions gone astray.
Why ? The bottom-line results each sought never materialized or could never be sustained. They needed to try something different.
