How Boot Camp Works

Boot Camp takes participants through four iterations of a business transformation, starting from a sub-optimal operation and evolving to a high-reliability, customer-focused organization.

  • Break-Down

    As you work within our simulated operation, you’ll quickly experience how the typical pressure to perform cascades into a reactive problem-solving mode that fails.

  • Methodical Rebuilding

    Our structured approach leads you to develop metrics, understand the root cause of problems, apply cause-and-effect analysis and experimentation tools to build efficacy and reliability into the process.

  • Implementation

    Teams leverage insights and apply new tools and skills to minimize rework, measure improvements, and validate solutions through live simulation.

  • Automation

    After the process is redesigned and successfully tested, automation is applied to scale solutions across the organization – where it adds value rather than masks process flaws.

  • Application

    Teams create specific action plans to implement their learnings as they prioritize business challenges, apply new tools and methods, and measure their successful results.
